The Board of Directors (BD) is composed of members from various organizations across the continent.
Role and Powers of the Council
His responsibilities include:
- Ensure the Network's overall vision and governance;
- Define policies and the strategic plan, including priority programs;
- Provide guidance to the Secretariat on the implementation of policies and programs;
- Make the decisions necessary to implement the strategy and activities;
- Ensure consistency between strategic objectives and the actions taken;
- Ensure the Network's institutional accountability and financial transparency;
- Ensure that resources are used properly and that management standards are followed;
- Present the results of the implementation of programs and strategic directions.
