Regional coordination

The Regional Coordination Office, also known as the Secretariat, is the executive and administrative arm of ROADDH, responsible for translating the Board of Directors’ strategic decisions into concrete actions and ensuring transparency in management. It is an operational unit composed of staff members and led by a Coordinator, ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. It carries out decisions by implementing the guidelines and resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors. It develops the annual plan and implements the Network’s programs. It produces activity and financial reports and reports regularly to the Board of Directors through the Coordinator.

The advisors

Advisory groups are composed of individuals with extensive and broad experience in political, economic, and social affairs in general, as well as in human rights more specifically. They provide strategic and technical expertise to human rights organizations. They help shape policy directions, strengthen institutional credibility, and connect ROADDH with academic, legal, and activist networks.
